Goal scored by Mr. Ghulam Raza Sr. in 9^th minute from PEL

Yellow card seen by M. Ashraf in 29^th minute, Syed M. Aqeel in 39^th minute and M. Shahid Ali in 87^th minute of PEL and Naveed Ahmed in 2^nd minute and Shahid Munir in 8^th minute from NAVY
