ISLAMABAD, (SANA): Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani's orders for the immediate payment of 35 crorer rupees on fake and bogus bills by suspending rules and regulations become a mega scandal of one billion rupees, in which important personalities and powerful bureaucrats are involved and the links of this scandal reached in presidency.

According to sources, AGPR took strict notice about suspension of rules and regulations and according to Esta code AGPR is the authority to take final decision.

According to the sources, former information minister Qamar Zaman Kaira was also removed from the post for not signing the bogus bills.

Advertisement agencies 35-crorer scandal about the fake bills takes a new turn and now it has become a scandal of 90 crorer and advertisement agency is behind the whole game to get money on fake bills since last three years.

Advertisement agency not only included other advertisement agencies of the country but also APNS even Acting Secretary General of APNS Shumaila Dawood Matri had written a letter to finish the fake bills matter.

Sources stated that a former official of PID objected presentation of fake bills but affective lobby approached Prime Minister's cousin, who is close to PM and by awarding bribery of several crorer rupees.

They mange to remove the official from his PIO post and by using their sources and contacts make him OSD but while leaving his post he raise 13 questions on bills, which advertisement lobby never replied.

Sources told that this matter was presented before former Information & Broadcasting Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira and heavy bribery was offered in the return of approval of the bills but he rejected strictly and he put condition to bring the original bills to sign the bills, again this lobby used Primer's cousin for the meeting with Prime Minister.

During the meeting, Qamar Zaman Kaira was also called but in the presence of Prime Minister, Kaira refused to sign the fake bills and stated that he would not sign these fake and illegal bills.

Sources told that Lahore based owner of a private channel was included in the matter and bribery was given to him to use his personal contact as bedroom of the president was in his access and he promised the opportunist lobby that he will do their work as presidential bedroom was in his reach.

In the return CEO of advertising agency, signed contract with owner of private TV channel for the Video footage service and a house was taken on rent for the agency.

It is pertinent to mention here that person took bribery of 30 lacs in Haris steel Mills scandal, which he returned when matter was discussed in Apex Court.

On the other hand advertising agency took services of an Islamabad based influential journalist to approve the bills and an office was hired on F-6 Margla Road to show that he is working for new agency and owner of this news agency is same man who is owner of advertising agency.

Owner of private TV channel make a lot of efforts to approve the bills but in vain and later he told owner of advertising agency that he should not be worry about the delay of bills because federal cabinet is going to change and only that person would be allowed to become information minister who would make promise to sign their bills.

As Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan sworn in she sent summery to Prime Minister for the approval of fake bills of 35 crorers and more bills are underway for the approval, as sources reveled that not only information minister is part of game but particular lobby is using Secretary Information & Broadcasting Tamour Azmat in their hands.

Sources told that press secretary to Prime Minister, Shabbir Anwar was appointed illegally press minister in UK but later again he was appointed secretary information of PM but the matter of fact is that on seniority base former PIO was the real man for the post, who refused to sign but powerful lobby used their influence to stop his appointment.

According to sources this matter came in the knowledge of Prime Minister and President but to avoid defame they hide the matter and it is relevant with the scandal that a former federal secretary of information and broadcasting used to invite the attractive female employees of the PID on meals and the bills of these meals were paid from the national exchequer.

Once a Lahore based media group invited same secretary to take advertisement and he accepted offer pleasantly and when he reached there his stay was made possible in five-star hotel, where a beautiful girl was also presented with the dinner and media group covered the whole game by installing hidden video cameras and after the dinner immediately former secretary went into room with the girl and whole night had sexed with that girl.

According to sources, video of one and a half hour about the illicit relationship is available with few circles present in Islamabad but on the other hand, PM promoted the same official into 22 grade recently; instead of taking notice of the matter.

According to sources current secretary for information and broadcasting and other influential people from advertising agencies arranged parties in F-7 Sector of Islamabad, where liquor and model girls are presented to them.
