We the 41000 poor workers of P.T.C.L widows,old man,and others retired poor workers
are facing acute tension due to not payment our pension dues since last JULY 2010 by P.T.E.T,
also they are not obeying
SUPREME COURT ORDER OCTOBER 12/2011 AND ALSO ISLAMABAD
HIGH COURT ON 24/12/2011 for payment all dues MEDICAL/INCREASE IN PENSION TOO.
But P.T.E.T(.PAKISTAN TELECOM EMPLOYES TRUST) un kind and dishonest officers are not obeying
and implementing to increase 20% also HONORABLE PRIME MINISTER,S secretariat NO.U O F.1(11)

R/MADAM due to such discourage attitude of P.T.E.T thousand workers facing acute tension with families
day by day.We all thousands workers honestly VOTE TO PRESENT GOVT on PROMISES
with poor public to provide relief by

but after election you ALL ELECTED MEMBERS badly IGNORE SAME VOTERS and feel
insult to help poor workers T

also they are not obeying ISLAMABAD HIGH COURT ORDER dared 24/12/2011.
We also appeal and invite your kind attention by e,mail dated 24/12/2011,14/01/2012/
25/01/2012 and remind to your on mobile phone but very sorry to say you did not
take any interest of poor workers also party workers and neither any help full reply
to us .We earnestly ask you thousand workers honestly vote you on your PROMISES
AND MANIFESTO but after election you badly IGNORE SAME VOTERS and feel
insult to help poor workers T

In view of circumstances enumerated above, all the above mentioned four constitutional petitions are accepted in the terms that
Pakistan Telecommunication Employees Trust is directed to pay the pension etc. to the petitioners according to increase made by the Government along with arrears if any.
