The current decision by PPP-Zardari government to revise prices of oil prices
preceded by one earlier proves their professional incompetence. One tends to
believe that it is a 'topi drama' between PPP-Z and MQM;" we shall
increase the prices by say 10 percent, you protest and we shall reduce it by 5
percent to pacify the public'.Or the government has fallen hostage, absolutely
weak to MQM blackmailing tactics of leaving the government, never to be but to
extort unimaginable gains under the table. For example, the thousands killed in
target killing in Karachi goes under the mutual protection carpet of keep
on  'kursis' and trillion of rupees 'bathakhoris stashed in banks. Why not
this billion dollars 'bathakhori' be retrieved from abroad to support our
economy alongside the ten thousand trillion rupees corruption in last sixty
three years. here and abroad. Why condone murderers of thousands of innocents
of Karachi-just to keep your power and unlimited wealth?

Islamic Republic of Iran has objected to the controversial official logo of the coming London 2012 Olympics, which resembles the word 'Zion'.

According to an Iranian official, the logo, with its blocky, abstract rendering of "2012," is racist because it appears to spell the word "Zion," a biblical term for Jerusalem, rather than 2012. Bahram Afsharzadeh, the secretary-general of Iran's National Olympic Committee, reportedly, had sent a letter of complaint to International Olympic Committee (IOC) President Jacques Rogge.

The jagged, multi-coloured logo, which reportedly cost 400,000 pounds, features four bold numerals representing 2012, with the signature Olympic Rings emblazoned within the digit zero.

London 2012 Olympic Committee head and a former British MP Baron Sebastian Coe unveiled the logo in June 2007 to an immediate barrage of public criticism that it was hideous and a waste of money.

Bahram Afsharzadeh said Iran may decide to boycott the games - and has asked other Muslim countries to boycott the event if no action is taked by the organizers.

England has been a Zionist Controlled Government (ZOG) for over century. It's banking and education institutions are controlled by the radical Jewish Rothschild family. London played 'mother' to the Zionist entity from Belfour Declaration (1917) to its birth (1948).

By Shehrbano Taseer

Pakistanhas lost another brave heart. Two months after the Punjab governor Salmaan Taseer, my father, was assassinated for speaking out against Pakistan's cruel blasphemy laws, Shahbaz Bhatti was shot dead by unknown assailants. Bhatti was one of Pakistan's progressives.
Under his guidance, the government introduced affirmative action for minorities – 5% of all federal employment – and designated 11 August a holiday to celebrate minorities. He banned the sale of properties belonging to minorities while law enforcement authorities took action against them. He launched a national campaign to promote inter-faith harmony through seminars, awareness groups and workshops and was initiating comparative religion classes into schools and universities.
Bhatti introduced a prayer room for non-Muslims in the prison system, and started a 24-hour crisis hotline to report acts of violence against minorities. He began a campaign to protect religious artefacts and sites that belong to minorities. This is the man we have lost.
The majority of Pakistani dignitaries fell silent after my father's murder, but Bhatti spoke out and condemned it. Many times. I will never forget that. He continued to support the revisions to the blasphemy law knowing he was up against a clerical tsunami. I salute his bravery. But the frontiers of free expression have shrunk drastically. In a country that calls itself a democracy, one wonders if there is space any more for dissent and debate.
Taseer and Bhatti's murders are a grim warning to those who dare to speak out against injustices.
Bhatti's killers left behind their pamphlets signed by the Tehreek-e-Taliban Punjab , their warning "from the warriors of Islam to all the world's infidels, crusaders, Jews and their operatives within the Muslim brotherhood".
The document from the Punjabi Taliban continues: "In your fight against Allah, you have become so bold that you act in favour of and support those who insult the Prophet. And you put a cursed Christian infidel Shahbaz Bhatti in charge of [the blasphemy laws review] committee. This is the fate of that cursed man. And now, with the grace of Allah, the warriors of Islam will pick you out one by one and send you to hell, God willing."
The blasphemy laws were foisted on to Pakistan by the draconian General Zia ul-Haq in 1986. Since then, more than 500 Muslims, 340 Ahmadis, 119 Christians, 14 Hindus and 10 others have been charged under the laws.
Thirty-two of those accused – and two Muslim judges – have been mowed down by Islamist vigilantes. Since 4 January, the day my father was assassinated, there have been 16 known cases in which 23 people have been affected. Once a law is made in the name of religion, no one can touch it.
The state has abdicated its responsibilities. The majority of our dignitaries and government officials are spineless. There is no will to implement existing laws. Why were four armed men allowed to drive around the capital city? Why did they carry Kalashnikovs? Why are guns given out so easily? And why did these men feel justified taking the law into their own hands?
The state has failed to provide a viable alternative in terms of economic and educational opportunities to those who resort to extremism. The madrassa system – spewing venom and hatred left, right and centre – is not monitored and the extremists are freely raising another generation like them. Or worse.
Moreover, the state mollycoddles and divides them into "good Taliban" and "bad Taliban". The "good" ones are armed, funded, and taken care of. But now the knives are turning inwards.
If there is one thing made abundantly clear by Taseer and Bhatti's murders it is this: the chickens have come home to roost.

Erik Prince, the founder of
international security giant Blackwater
Worldwide, is secretly backing an effort by a
controversial South African mercenary firm to
insert itself into Somalia's bloody civil war by
protecting government leaders, training Somali
troops, and battling Islamic militants there,
according to Western and African officials.

The disclosure comes as Mr. Prince sells off his
interest in the company he built into a behemoth
with billions of dollars in American government
contracts in Iraq and Afghanistan, work that
mired him in controversy and lawsuits amid
reports of reckless behavior by his operatives,
including the deaths of civilians in Iraq. His
efforts to wade into the chaos of Somalia appears
to be Mr. Prince's latest endeavor to remain at
the center of a campaign against Islamic
radicalism in some of the world's most war
ravaged corners. Mr. Prince moved to the United Arab Emirates late last year.

According to a report by the African Union, an
organization of African states, Mr. Prince
provided initial funding for a project by Saracen
International to win contracts with Somalia's
embattled government. The Somali government has
been cornered into a small patch of Mogadishu by
the Shabab, a Somali militant group with ties to Al Qaeda.

Saracen International is a private security
company based in South Africa, with corporate
offshoots in Uganda and other countries. The
company was formed with the remnants of Executive
Outcomes, a private mercenary firm composed
largely of former South African special
operations troops that operated throughout Africa in the 1990s.

The company makes little public about its
operations and personnel, but it appears to be
run by Lafras Luitingh, a former officer in South
Africa's Civil Cooperation Bureau, an
apartheid-era internal security force notorious
for killings of opponents of the government.

With its barely functional government and a
fierce hostility to foreign armies since the
hasty American withdrawal from Mogadishu in the
early 1990s, Somalia is a country where Western
militaries have long feared to tread. This has
created an opportunity for private security
companies like Saracen to fill the security
vacuum created by years of civil war.

Saracen International has yet to formally
announce its plans in Somalia, and there appear
to be bitter disagreements within Somalia's
fractious government about whether to hire the
South African firm. Somali officials have said
that Saracen's operations - which would also
include training a anti-piracy army in the
semi-autonomous region of Puntland - are being
financed by an anonymous Middle Eastern country.

Several people with knowledge of Saracen's
operations confirmed that the country is the United Arab Emirates.

Mr. Prince could not be reached for comment.

According to a Jan. 12 confidential report by the
African Union, Mr. Prince "is at the top of the
management chain of Saracen and provided seed
money for the Saracen contract." A Western
official working in Somalia says he believes that
it was Mr. Prince who first raised the idea of
the Saracen contract with members of the
Emirates' ruling families, with whom he has a close relationship.

American officials have said little about Saracen
since news reports about the company's planned
operations in Somalia emerged last month. Philip
J. Crowley, a State Department spokesman, said in
December that the American government is
"concerned about the lack of transparency" of Saracen's funding and plans.

Mr. Prince for years has tried to spot new
business opportunities in the security world. In
2008, he sought to capitalize on the growing
piracy endemic off the Horn of Africa to win
Blackwater contracts from companies that that
frequent the shipping lanes there. He even
reconfigured a 183-foot oceanographic research
vessel into a pirate hunting ship for hire,
complete with drone aircraft and .50-caliber machine guns.

In an interview in the November Men's Journal,
Mr. Prince expressed frustration with the wave of
lawsuits filed against Blackwater, which
developed a reputation in Iraq and Afghanistan for reckless behavior.

Mr. Prince, who said that moving to Abu Dhabi
would "make it harder for the jackals to get my
money," said he intended to find business opportunities in "the energy field."

Despite all of Blackwater's legal troubles, Mr.
Prince has never been directly accused of criminal activity.
