The shadowy group known as Bilderberg will be gathering this year for its annual meeting at the resort city of St. Moritz, in southeastern Switzerland, June 9-12, but they will have a lot of company. St. Moritz is a short distance from Davos, the site of the regular high-priced meeting of thousands of bankers, political leaders and other notables called the World Economic Forum. But unlike at Davos, where the press is always welcome, Bilderberg still tries to maintain absolute secrecy.

Bilderberg has met in Switzerland four times over the
years but never in the same city. Normally, when their sibling in
crime, the Trilateral Commission (TC), meets in North America, Bilderberg does, too. This year, the TC will meet in Washington on April 8 to 10, but the Bilderbergers are avoiding the United States, in what may be an effort to fool the press.

Bilderberg has been called the most exclusive and
secretive club in the world. To be admitted, you have to own a
multinational bank, a multinational corporation or a country. Since its first meeting in 1953, it has been attended by the top powerbrokers, financial minds and world leaders.

The Bilderbergers hope that part of their common
agenda with the "Trilateralists" will be accomplished by the time they
meet: a U.S. invasion of Libya to generate increased Middle East turmoil so America can go to war with Iran, on Israel's behalf.

As
has happened for several years, the Bilderbergers will blubber about
how "evil nationalists" are blocking their efforts to achieve world government.
They will order oil prices to climb so desperate Americans might be
made more willing to surrender sovereignty to a world government. They
will promote wars for profit, and will advance the call for a world
government to impose peace-as if peace can be imposed.

It is ironic that Bilderberg attendees love Switzerland
so much because they are poles apart politically from Switzerland, which
declared itself a non-interventionist neutral country four centuries ago. It has been involved in none of the world's bloody wars since.

The
Bilderbergers can expect to be loudly greeted by AFP, European news
outlets and some in the U.S. independent media. In Europe, major
metropolitan daily newspapers from Paris, London and other cities give
major coverage to Bilderberg. But The Washington Post, The New York Times and The Los Angeles Times
and their numerous chains will submit to muzzling because their top
representatives are actual Bilderberg participants themselves.

Allama Mashriqi's Warnings — The Time Has Come To Wake-up

By Nasim Yousaf

Allama Mashriqi, a great thinker and visionary, issued multiple warnings during his time (1940s-1950s) based on his observations of the prevailing political conditions. Mashriqi's predictions surrounded the fate of the Indian sub-continent at various time periods. Yet instead of listening to a man who fought for their freedom until the end, the leadership of Pakistan turned on him. With time, it became evident that Mashriqi had great vision and what he had foreseen indeed came true!

*****

In 1942, Mashriqi made the following prediction to Quaid-e-Azam M.A. Jinnah regarding the partition plan: "I told him in 1942 that his present Pakistan of the two provinces 1400 miles apart could not last and this [partition] would result in the ruin of one crore Muslims and the complete decimation of five crore Muslims of remaining India." In addition, Mashriqi had repeatedly warned the All-India Muslim League (AIML) that division of the country into Pakistan and India would bring human devastation and create two hostile neighbors. He warned that the spread of communalism was dangerous and that it was important to stop spreading Islam in danger in united India for political ends. Based on what Mashriqi had been observing regarding the misleading and self-centered policies of the AIML, Mashriqi's weekly Al-Islah in 1946 gave a detailed account of the Muslim League's flawed and detrimental politics in its various volumes.

Mashriqi's final and momentous warning came on May 14, 1947. Addressing a gathering of 50,000 people in Patna, Mashriqi stated:

"…transfer of power handed over to men who have been trained in British way of thinking will bring nothing but worse form of British Raj again. This Raj will be ten times more tyrannical, more deformed, more ghastly, more imperialistic and non-Indian than even the worst form of British Raj. It will, in fact, be a travesty of all truths and a parody of every good or bad thing that the British have given to India during the past 100 years. It will be, in fact, an anarchy in order, a stereo-typed tyranny, and a confusion worst confounded. It will be a perpetual reign of Atom Bomb and Rule of Terror. It will be regalised genocide and state killings. It will justify murder of children in mothers' wombs, wholesale destruction of all cultures, suppression of all true History, murder of Philosophy, total wiping out of honourable traditions, and wholesale slaughter of ideas. Handing over power to one or many political parties in India would mean a rule of worse imperialism, worse capitalism, worse halakuism than all the History has yet produced. It will, in fact, be British Raj without British traditions. It will be a reign of `Hell on Earth'. It will decimate the beautiful culture of Asia, the beautiful code of Asiatic Moral Laws, the beautiful philosophy of Peace and Tolerance, in fact the beautiful Fundamental Truths that Asia has ever given to Mankind during the last 5000 years…The present plan of transfer of power, to my mind, is the Diabolical Plan of the relentless rule of Birla, Brahmin and Khan Bahadur Raj where arrogance, money and tyranny will rule rather than human beings. ("Al-Islah" dated May 23, 1947)

*****

Yet no lesson was learned from Mashriqi's above timely warning and the situation that followed continued to deteriorate. The following provides background on the circumstances that took place post-partition.

In 1947, against the wishes of all Muslim political parties (except Muslim League), united India was divided for political reasons; Muslims lost their homeland to which they had ruled for almost 1,000 years. Devastation and hostility followed and the seeds of hatred between Muslims and Hindus, who had lived amicably for centuries, were sown.

Quaid-e-Azam M.A. Jinnah became the first Governor General of Pakistan against the desire of Lord Mountbatten, who wanted the slot for himself (Mountbatten took revenge and a border line was drawn in favor of India; in addition, Mountbatten as Governor General of India sent the Indian Army to Kashmir in October 1947). Jinnah wanted all power to reside with him. As such, he also took over as the President of the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan (CAP) while maintaining the office of the President of the Muslim League. Furthermore, Jinnah did not declare the judiciary independent and did not present a constitution for the newly formed country. To keep the feudal lords happy, Jinnah did not demolish the feudal system; in addition, he did not develop an education policy, which was desperately needed to steer the country in the right direction (the feudal lords wanted no such policy in order to maintain their rule over the impoverished and uneducated). Corruption escalated and the Government failed to form a policy to control it. Moreover, Jinnah continued to maintain his luxurious lifestyle, when Pakistan had no money even to purchase paper and pencils.

Unfortunately, Jinnah's mistakes did not end there. Instead of giving free space to the opposition and taking steps to create institutions to lay the foundation for a strong country, he issued signals to suppress all political opponents. Mashriqi was among the most prominent victims of this policy. Harassment of Mashriqi and his family began, and his followers were intimidated and physically beaten by pro-Muslim Leaguers, police and intelligence agencies. To deny Mashriqi's pivotal role in the freedom movement and to distort the facts, raids were conducted at Mashriqi and his followers' premises and the Khaksar Tehrik's extensive material was confiscated; no one knows where that material is. To prohibit political activity, the doors of the media to Mashriqi were virtually closed; if needed, only censored versions were allowed.

After Jinnah's death, the late Prime Minister Liaquat Ali Khan not only continued with an anti-Mashriqi policy, but rather adopted even more repressive measures. On October 03, 1950, Mashriqi was arrested (along with his two sons); he was released on bail, however, on January 11, 1951, he was again arrested (prior to elections) without legitimate reasons. After Liaquat Ali's death (October 16, 1951), the Government remained hostile. Despite country-wide protests, Mashriqi was kept imprisoned without trial for almost 2 years (released on July 09, 1952), while his followers throughout were subjected to cruelties and suppression.

Such vindictive behavior towards Mashriqi and other political opponents was being watched by people across the country, and the Muslim League began to collapse. As a result, in the first election in East Pakistan in 1954, the public gave its verdict and the Muslim League lost the election miserably; thereafter, it could not survive for long and in the next few years, it was completely wiped out. (With the failure of the League in the said election, Allama Mashriqi, Abul Kalam Azad and others' claim, that the Muslim League's victory in the 1946 elections was on the crutches of the powerful bureaucracy of British India, became evident to the people).

*****

Again the non-Khaksar leadership sought no lesson from this failure in the elections. Viewing the alarming state of affairs, Mashriqi issued another monumental warning at a public gathering at Minto Park (now Iqbal Park) in 1956.

"Ye Muslims! Today from this platform I sound you a warning. Listen carefully and ponder. Sometime in the future, probably in 1970, you will be confronted with a perilous situation. In 1970—I see it clearly—the nation will be stormed from all sides. The internal situation would have deteriorated gravely. A panic of widespread bloodshed will sweep the nation. The frenzy of racial and provincial prejudices will grip the whole country. Zindabad and murdabad will defean your ears. Plans will be initiated to dismember the country. Take it from me that in 1970, Pakistan will be plagued with a grave threat to its sovereignty. You might actually lose it if the reigns of the country were not in the hands of courageous and unrelenting leadership…I warn you to prepare from now to face the situation which will emerge in that year."

Indeed, Mashriqi's calculation turned out to be true, and in 1971, East Pakistan sought independence and Bangladesh emerged. The above are just some of his predictions that have come true.

Instead of seeking guidance from Mashriqi's timely caution, the rulers decided to silence Mashriqi forever, and in 1958, Mashriqi was treacherously implicated in a murder case of an ex-Chief Minister of West Pakistan. Mashriqi was arrested and brought to court handcuffed. In jail, he was maltreated, and every effort was made to force him to confess his involvement in the murder, so that he could be convicted and taken to the gallows. Fraud witnesses of the prosecution failed and the Judge had to acquit Mashriqi. Even after acquittal, his life was made difficult by keeping him under house arrest and through harassment by intelligence agencies until he died in 1963. By implicating him in a fabricated case and making his life difficult since independence (of the sub-continent), an unpardonable crime was committed toward a statesman who had fought for the freedom of the Indian sub-continent and did not rest until his people were liberated.

A methodical campaign to distort Mashriqi's image and deny his role in the freedom movement has continued since 1947 and still prevails. No efforts are being made to enlighten the public of his major role in bringing freedom. Works continue to be published from the perspective of the All-India Muslim League and glorification of the AIML leadership prevails. Blatant lies and twisted facts have been spoken and produced in many works, including those by well-known historians and intellectuals, and the public is being forced to read and listen to the AIML's side of the story.

*****

To conclude, what Pakistan is paying today is the cost of what was sowed in the initial years; the lack of governance and the vindictive and selfish attitudes of the early leadership in fact laid down the principles for the future management of the country. Newspapers and television channels are still not realizing that the public's destiny is more important than personalities and that the public is entitled to know why Mashriqi and all Muslim leadership (except for the AIML) were against the division of India.

But, time has come now for change. In times of hopelessness and grave circumstances, Pakistanis can still learn from Mashriqi's vision and life and times. They need to elect selfless leaders like the great Allama, but if the people fail to wake-up still, then I foresee another break-up of Pakistan.

Remember! Those nations perish which ignore the bygones and seek no lessons from history.

Congress (I) has been "SERVED" with the "SUMMONS" issued on March 1, 2011 by
U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York for conspiring,
aiding, abetting and carrying out organized attacks on Sikh population of
India in November 1984.

The service of summons on Congress (I) starts the 21 deadline for Congress
(I) to respond to the class action law suit filed (SFJ v. Congress (I) SDNY
(10 CV 2940)) under Alien Tort Claims Act (ATCA) and Torture Victim
Protection Act (TVPA). The case against Congress (I) has been filed by
"Sikhs For Justice" (SFJ) a US based human rights group along with several
Sikh individuals from different states and cities of India who witnessed and
survived attacks in November 1984.

According to attorney Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, legal advisor to "Sikhs For
Justice" (SFJ), "if the Congress party did not respond to the summons of the
US Federal Court by April 1, 2011, SFJ will ask the court to enter a default
against Congress (I)". The default judgment against Congress (I) will give
the victims of November 1984 an opportunity to seek compensatory and
punitive damages from Congress (I) for the party's role in genocidal attack
on Sikhs during November 1984.

The default judgment against Congress (I) will pave the way for filing
criminal complaints against Congress (I) leadership under various
international laws for violation of human rights and committing Genocide of
Sikhs in November 1984. In US, criminal prosecution of Congress (I)
leadership will be sought under the "Human Rights Enforcement Act of 2009"
which specifically gives jurisdiction to the US Courts to prosecute foreign
nationals who are suspected of committing crimes against humanity.

Since the documentation gathered by SFJ proves that it's the Congress (I)
that organized and carried out genocidal attacks on Sikhs population in 18
states and more than 100 cities of India, SFJ will move U.S. Department of
State to ban the entry into US of Sonia Gandhi, President of Congress (I)
and other leaders of the Congress party into the United States, added
attorney Pannun who practices Human Rights Law in United States.

As per the Government of India's record a total of 3296 Sikhs were killed
during November 1984 throughout India. However, out of 35,535 claims for
deaths and injuries received throughout India, more than 20,000 claims were
from Bihar, Chhatisgarh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir;
Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Orissa, Uttara Khand, Uttar Pradesh,
Tamil Nadu and West Bengal.

100%: The increase in antigovernment protests associated with a 10% rise
in global food prices
Despotic leaders, entrenched inequality and new forms of communication have
all played their roles in the political turmoil now shaking the Middle
East. But new research by economists at the International Monetary Fund
points to another potential contributor: global food prices.
Looking at food prices and instances of political unrest from 1970 through
2007, the economists — Rabah Arezki and Markus Brueckner — find a
significant relationship between the two in low-income countries, a group that
includes Tunisia, Egypt, Sudan and Yemen. To be exact, a 10% increase in
international food prices corresponds to an added 0.5 antigovernment protests
over the following year in the low-income world — a twofold increase from the
annual average.
Given the recent trend in food prices, leaders of low-income countries — a
group that also includes China — might have reason for concern. In
February, global food prices were up 61% from their most recent low point in
December 2008, according to the IMF. What's more, the research suggests the
effect of food prices has increased in recent years.
Wealthy nations such as the U.S. appear to have less to fear. The
economists found no correlation between food prices and political unrest in
high-income countries.
That said, not everybody in wealthy countries enjoys a high income. The 24
million American households in the bottom quintile by income, for example,
spend an average of 35% of their after-tax income on food, according to the
Labor Department. Over the past three months, the price of food in the
U.S. has risen at an annualized rate of about 5%. That's not as bad as the
rise in global food prices, but still enough to make a lot of people angry.

U r only bothered about Sind. Even if they commit a blunder  - for you it is in order.   They have caused a grave contempt of the Supreme court - should the culprits be let off only bcause they happen to be Sindhis? By playing Sind card u think others should be deterred? No not at all!

On 27 March 2011 11:50, bhutto muhammad abbas <bhutto_agricultural_2004@yahoo.com> wrote:

Dear Friends,

The contempt notices were issued against former senator and general secretary of
the PPP's Sindh chapter, Taj Haider, and the party's provincial media
coordinator, Sharjeel Inam Memon, under Article 204 of the Constitution relating
to contempt of court and Section 3 of the Contempt of the Court Ordinance, 2003.
The notice asked Mr Memon also to explain to the court why he should not be
disqualified as member of the provincial assembly for alleged utterances against
the judiciary under the Constitution's Article 63(1g) relating to
disqualification for being convicted by a court or defaming or ridiculing the
judiciary, and Article 113 relating to qualification or disqualification for
assembly membership. Taking notice of the protest, the apex court wrote letters
to the Sindh assembly secretary asking for a copy of a resolution passed by the
provincial assembly condemning the ruling as well as to the Sindh chief
secretary, inspector general of police, head of the Intelligence Bureau for
Sindh and chairman of the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority, with a
direction to submit reports about measures taken by their respective offices to
control the law and order situation on that day.
According to judicial dictators, "In a reaction to the Supreme Court verdict of
declaring the appointment of Justice (Retired) Deedar Hussain Shah as chairman
of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) illegal, the PPP's Sindh chapter had
called for a strike that halted commercial and business activities in Karachi
and other parts of the province and seven people lost their lives in different
incidents of violence" The two PPP leaders will not be the first to face
contempt of court charges since a similar contempt proceeding is also pending
against Interior Minister Rehman Malik, Mr. Qamar Zaman Qaira and Mr,.Syed
Khursheed Shah. Enjoying the complete support of people of Sindh , The MPAs
also came out from the Sindh Assembly building to the Sindh High Court to lodge
a protest against "politically-motivated decisions of the superior judiciary"
and against "interference of the judiciary in administrative affairs". They
rightly were asking that why the judgment are found discriminatory since death
sentence of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto? And that why another person from Sindh
is sacked from the office just because he is Sindhi and belong to Sindh? The
judicial dictators are found keeping the dual standards since 1979 intact as
they did not take any action against those who invaded the courts, which was a
reference to the Nov 28, 1997, storming of the Supreme Court by PML-N
supporters. Didn't even take notices for those who did the massacre of about 55
innocents who had come to say welcome to deposed and now present CJ Mr. Iftikhar
Chodhry on 12 May 2007. Victim families are wandering for justice but PPP-P and
Sindh.is on fire and on judicial harrying.
People of Sindh suggest judicial dictators that would have been better if:
· The families of missing persons, in which security agencies may have
been involved, be given relief.

· The suo-moto may haven taken in the massacre of 12 May 2007 and the
may have been taken justice even after 3 years of reinstatement of present Chief
Judicial Dictator of Pakistan.

· If the suo-motto to probe into the R.Davis Fleem a public demand,
have been taken.

Pakistan Switches Sides, Expanding Arms Allegiance With China and Leaving U.S. Behind

akistan is beefing up its arsenal of nuclear-capable missiles
by embracing China as its new strategic arms partner and backing away from
the U.S., analysts have told Fox News.
Pakistan earlier this month test-fired a nuclear-capable missile from an
undisclosed location the second in a month of try-outs for its short-range
surface-to-surface Hataf 2 class rocket, co-developed with the Chinese. It
was the latest in a series of arms collaborations between the two nations,
which view their strategic partnership as a counterweight to a boldly
confident India, which has American support.
Until the mid-1960s, the United States was the principal supplier of
weapons to Pakistan, the worlds eighth most-powerful nuclear nation. But the
U.S. began to back away from the relationship after years of difficult and
sometimes unpredictable relations following the 9/11 attacks. The U.S. no
longer fully supports the military ambitions of a Pakistan that is being
destabilized by an insurgency it cannot control, rising radicalism and
anti-Westernism, and a government considered by some too weak and corrupt.
That led Pakistan to replace the U.S. with China as a main source of
defense material, at least in terms of arsenals, development and training.
"China is perceived as not coming with nearly as many strings attached as
relations with the United States," said Nate Hughes, director of military
analysis at Stratfor, an intelligence website run by former CIA operatives.

This was starkly marked in November when on the same day the U.S.
delivered some of the 18 F-16s it had pledged to Pakistan, Islamabad announced it
had ordered an arsenal of SD10 mid-range homing missiles and radar systems
to equip its JF-17 Thunder jet fighters from China.
More is on the way. China is scheduled to send Pakistan 250 JF-17s over
the next five to ten years, a $1.3bn deal to buy J-10 fighters and a recent
order for six submarines, all advanced under-sea vessels with an air
independent propulsion system. A Pakistani government official was recently quoted
as saying it was vital for the navy to acquire more submarines to offset
"the pressure we will definitely come under" due to the rapid expansion of
India's naval capability. "Our Chinese brothers have always come to our help
and we are asking them for assistance once again," he said.
Earlier this month, China formally began the construction of two
state-of-the-art fast attack missile crafts for the Pakistan Navy, in addition to
eight F22P war frigates it ordered from Beijing back in 2005. Although the
value of these contracts are kept a tight secret, some want to know how
Pakistan can commit such enormous resources to defense spending.
"While President Asif Zardari travels to China every six months and signs
one memorandum of understanding after another, he has committed way too
much than he can deliver. There are too many kickbacks for contracts," said
Maria Sultan, the director general for the South Asia Strategic Stability
Institute in Islamabad. "You have to look at the long-term viability of these
loans and look at what Pakistan can pay in 5, 10, 15 years. A lot of loans
are forgiven with China not asking for Pakistan to return the capital after
paying interest," said Sultan.
But there may be issues in the Pakistani-China relationship.
"Pakistan and China have problems understanding each other's mindset,"
said Sultan. "Pakistan had difficulty in applying to the Chinese the hardcore
approach to business that it had experienced the United States at the
start. That's not the approach with the Chinese, which is a personal approach
built over time through friendships and gradual trust building. China
delivers in 15 years what the U.S. can in four years."
That locks Pakistan into a deeper relationship with China, arguably an
additional downside when diversity of suppliers is a standard policy in many
countries to ensure accessibility to weaponry.
"It creates a dependency, especially when you start to talk about
sophisticated modern […] technology. You create dependency in terms of upgrades, in
terms of spare parts and ammunition, contractor relationships and training,
said Hughes.

The esteemed SCP has given notices to the two more loyal than virtual kings
PPP cronies. Why not its Co-Chairman? He and his men disrespected SCP judgments
time and again.Beside,MR Zardari, the co Chairman ridiculed
constitution, parliament, institutional ever since he assumed the highest office
if state as the worst possible partisan, apolitical President has made
President House as PPP headquarter, his coalition partners office (MQM-ANP) at
the expense of state exchequer. The party slogans often raised in President
House, Governor House, Lahore
are heard not only in Pakistan but also world proving the
flagrant extra constitutional rather unconstitutional abuse of the office
calling for suo moto notice liable to breach of Article 6 .The President and
PPP-Z government  has also allowed and abetted his coalition partner MR Altaf
Hussein (NRO indicted criminal carrying duel nationality as well as local MQM
leaders awaiting NRO criminal trial  ) to incite rebellion, mutiny,
sedition, treason, anarchy etc by his billion of dollars live TV speeches from
his London House in Pakistan for the last many months. This act besides the
thousand of innocent citizens killed in Karachi
involving MQM-Altaf Hussein in target killings as recently vindicated by Sind Interior minister publicly also calls for
judicial action by the most esteemed SCP.

I may by the close of my submissions request MR Imran Khan to isolate himself from the
recent association of the horrible target killers, the tyrannical killing
machine, the MQM is whose 'bathakhori' billions of dollars wealth stashed in
foreign banks also warranting retrieving in Pakistan . It is already raising
fingers of his nationalistic politics as opportunistic and without any principles.
He knows MQM people are worst possible liars, Machiavellians, Chemelons,
opportunists, liars, cheats ,fascists, blackmailers who use putrefied methods
inconceivable for decent men like Imran in making inroads in politics and
'bathakhori' which has ruined Karachi. After burning Karachi they want to burn
Punjab in hate and blood to plunder billion of dollars 'bathakhori'which is now
challenged by ANP,PPP.They want to have lion share here due to complacence of Nawaz
Sharif which he should nip in the bed and resist their live TV
addresses of Altaf Hussein, public meetings to ruin law and order situation.
Imran should not get impressed by (only political) phony, cosmetic statements
against Raymond Davis etc since Altaf Hussein has been full fledged party as
coalition partner  to anti Pakistan policies of Musharraf (seven
years),PPP-Zaradri(three and half years)USA,UK,NATO,IMF which has enslaved,
subjugated  us to India,IMF,Raymonds
Daviss',Nato,UK,USA.Please save Pakistan from, evil, devils and Mir Jaffers.
