One should have the whole knowledge of people who represented this case. Mr Akram Sheikh after the first case never represented nor my friends from Dastoor or their lawyers ever appeared in the SHC or in the present appeal in the SC. The lawyers who represented in the SHC and should be given credit includes Mr Rasheed A. Rizvi, Mr Akhtar Hussain, Mr Faiz Gangro. The one who presented the case in the appeal were Salman Akram Raja and Asma Jehangir. Even Mr Abid Hasan Manto provided the guidiline and to all leaders and workers who came to regular hearings in the last 10 years from different newspapers both in Karachi and Islamabad. So all praise for Akram Sheikh, Salman Akram Raja, Asma Jehangir, Rasheed Rizvi, Akhtar Hussain, Faiz gangro and all the workers. Also to those who paid for preapring documents for the lawyers and for logstic support. If someone want i can even give the list of people who attended the hearing and hardly missed even one. They are the people who had been fighting this battle for years including during all the wage awards legal battle. Regds, mazhar
Journalists community from Karachi pay rich tributes to the senior lawyers Asma Jehangir, Akram Shaikh, and Salma Akram Raja, the counsels for PFUJ (Burna), PFUJ(Dastoor), and different CBAs respectively, for affectively representing the wage board award case in the apex court.I would appeal to all the journalists to stand behind their counsels at this defining moment.regardsAbdul RehmanBureau Chief NNIKarachi
